Delete Your SPIC Dealer Loyalty Account

You can delete your dealer account and its associated data in either of these ways:

1. In the app (instant)

1. Open the SPIC Dealer Loyalty app and log in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

2. By request

Email spicdealerloyalty@gmail.com from any address, stating the registered mobile number. We verify ownership and complete deletion within 7 working days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, shop details, contact details, shop photo) is permanently removed or irreversibly anonymised.
• Your points balance and any pending redemptions are cancelled.
• Invoice records required by tax and commercial law are retained for the legally mandated period in anonymised form, then destroyed.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
